About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Resources Project Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of exciting projects, partnering across market sectors throughout our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to industry standards.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • BS in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in water resources applications; MS in Water Resources Engineering preferred.
  • Registration as PE in Colorado is required, or the ability to become registered within 4 months.
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience in water resources engineering, including project management and technical leadership.
  • Strong technical skills in hydrology and hydraulics, site design, utility design, and other structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
