Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at CLC Restaurants, a Taco Bell franchisee with a 30-year history of excellence. As a Restaurant Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, providing exceptional customer service, and leading our team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies, making adjustments as needed to optimize restaurant performance.
- Collaborate with other restaurant managers and the leadership team to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and address operational challenges.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
