Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to oversee the operations of our quick service pizza restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Manage all aspects of daily operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and delivery services, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain our commitment to providing excellent customer service and consistently delicious pizza.
- Sales & Marketing: Develop and implement local store marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance community engagement.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee inventory management, control costs, and optimize profitability through effective resource allocation.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
- Experience: Proven experience in quick service pizza restaurant management, preferably with a major chain.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Customer Focus: A dedication to delivering high-quality food and outstanding customer service.
- Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of financial statements, P&L, and budgeting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
