Job Overview

Spieldenner Financial Group is seeking motivated and career-driven individuals to join our Mortgage Protection team. Our team members play a crucial role in helping American families protect their largest asset: the ability to make an income.

Our proven system includes exceptional mentorship, training, and support that enables our representatives to have a competitive edge in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting Appointments: 6-8 hours per week: reaching out to potential clients to schedule a time to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.
  • Research: 4-5 hours per week: gathering information to customize options that meet clients' financial needs in the case of a death or disability.
  • Meeting with Families: 2 days per week: meeting with clients to present their options, discuss the details of the coverage, and help them apply for coverage.
  • Administrative: 2 hours per week: following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting

Requirements:

We are looking for coachable, challenge-seeking, self-disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. A strong skill set is not the only requirement for this position.

Spieldenner Financial Group values work-life balance and offers a flexible work-from-home role. We have immediate openings for the following roles:

  • Spare time: This is a commitment of working 4-8 hours a week that can generate between $500 to $2,000 per month.
  • Part-time: This is a commitment of working 8-25 hours a week that can generate between $2,000 to $5,000 per month.
  • Full-Time: This is a true commitment and requires 25-50 hours per week that can generate between $10,000 to $20,000 per month.
