Job Description

At Trinity Health, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.


Requirements:
  • Current Connecticut RN license required.
  • 2 years of related clinical and/or hospital experience preferred.
  • Competent in a Windows-based computer system and Microsoft Office Suite.
