Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to our members, acknowledging their needs and identifying opportunities to improve their experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that shelves are clean and stocked with fresh products.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure optimal performance and food safety.

Requirements:
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
