Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the distribution of tasks among warehouse personnel, material handlers, and delivery drivers.
  • Generate work orders; address order issues and rectify discrepancies as necessary.
  • Manage the assignment and release of orders designated for loading and unloading.
  • Research and allocate inventory for customer orders.
  • Input data for incoming and outgoing shipments into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and prepare bills of lading (BOLs).
  • Produce and maintain essential reports.
  • Handle, audit, and organize various documentation.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with carriers, clients, team members, and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules as required.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service.
  • Six months of experience in a warehouse environment.
