Job Overview

Transteck, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warranty Coordinator/Parts Counter to join our team at our Freightliner of Lancaster dealership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining warranty schedules, processing warranty parts returns, and ensuring timely shipment of warranty parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warranty schedules to ensure timely payment of claims.
  • Process weekly warranty parts returns and scrap reports, and forward them to the parts shipper/receiver for processing.
  • Ship warranty parts in a timely manner to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area, adhering to company standards.
  • Order parts according to dealership procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes and updates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives.
