Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Lead to join our team. As a Customer Service Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our restaurant runs smoothly during your shifts. You'll work closely with our team to maintain a positive and productive work environment, and you'll be expected to model and teach our MOD values to your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers receive a positive experience
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve high standards of quality and service
  • Manage cash handling and inventory during your shifts
  • Conduct coaching and training sessions to help your team improve their skills and performance
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification (if required by law)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a shift lead or team leader in a retail or food service environment
  • Proven success in providing on-the-job training and coaching to others
Working Conditions

As a Customer Service Lead at MOD Pizza, you'll work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a kitchen environment with high noise levels. You may also be required to work in a walk-in refrigerator and freezer.
