About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care by applying the skill of diagnostic imaging utilizing CT scanning equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confirm patient and procedural data for accuracy
  • Perform computed tomography procedures, including positioning and immobilizing patients on CT scanning cradles
  • Make radiation exposures by energizing scanner
  • Administer radiographic contrast agents as needed
  • Assist radiologists with biopsies and drainage procedures
  • Maintain working knowledge of CT IT systems, including Radiant and PACS
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from an ARRT-accredited institute (preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required)
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (preferred)
  • Advanced modality registration in CT, ARRT (preferred)
  • State licensure (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience as a CT or Rad Tech (preferred)
