Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Licensed Sales Producer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, prospecting and generating sales leads, and helping protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and generate sales leads.
  • Prospect and generate sales leads to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that meet their needs and provide them with peace of mind.
  • Achieve required goals and objectives to contribute to the success of our team and company.
  • Successfully develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Complete special marketing projects within the agency to promote our products and services.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency when interacting with customers to ensure timely and effective resolution of their needs.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure effective and efficient communication with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • P&C Insurance licensed or Personal Line Licensed.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
