SERVPRO of Southwest Portland is seeking a Restoration Team Leader.

As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Team Leader embodies our commitment to customer service by overseeing, coordinating, and executing project activities to meet service demands and ensure a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute production tasks as planned while ensuring quality standards are met
- Enhance customer satisfaction by managing client interactions and monitoring feedback
- Clearly communicate expectations to restoration staff and supervise their work
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of job files to support services rendered
- Manage labor and material usage effectively on assigned projects
- Coordinate with project managers and office personnel regarding project status and challenges
Additional Duties:
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations
- Safeguard company assets by utilizing equipment and materials appropriately
- Provide coaching and training to restoration staff
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
- IICRC certification is a plus, but not mandatory
Skills and Physical Demands:
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Capability to climb ladders and work at heights, as well as in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces)
- Proficient in repetitive lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
- Ability to work safely with cleaning agents
