Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, write, and edit a variety of internal communications materials, including announcements, memos, and updates for the employee intranet.
  • Identify and craft compelling narratives that showcase the organization’s achievements and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create impactful presentations, speeches, and key messaging.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand standards and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Manage the content and upkeep of the North American SharePoint site in partnership with various teams.
  • Highlight and promote significant milestones, community service efforts, and personnel changes.
  • Represent the organization at community events and functions.
  • Assist in drafting and disseminating job postings and announcements.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for internal communications across multiple departments.
  • Align communication strategies with the organization’s global vision and objectives.
  • Ensure high-quality visual content is produced, including videos and photography.
  • Drive awareness and participation in various company initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in crafting company-wide communications.
  • Graphic design skills are essential.
  • Innovative mindset with a strong visual aesthetic.
  • Experience in visual storytelling and content production.
  • Adept at simplifying complex information for broader audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficient in industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of staff, including senior management.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agricultural topics is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
