Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Chartwells Higher Education. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Set up and maintain assigned bars, including requisitioning and stocking all necessary supplies.
  • Maintain stock and prepare fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
  • Greets guests and takes orders for drinks, mixing and presenting drinks using standard ingredient recipes.
  • Checks guests for proper identification and detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained.
  • Receives cash from guests, makes change, and verifies validity of charges.
  • Locks up and stores all beverage product, food, equipment items, deposits, and cash drops.
  • Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.

Requirements:
  • Previous bartending experience preferred.
