Position Overview:
This role is integral in supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager by delivering comprehensive financial insights and reports for the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate financial analyses and reports, including Plans, Latest Best Estimates (LBE's), and Long-Range Projections (LRP) for Profit & Loss and balance sheet metrics, ensuring adherence to presentation standards and data integrity.
  • Oversee an efficient planning process for the division, coordinating a planning calendar with critical deadlines and deliverables.
  • Design adaptable and comprehensive tools and templates to facilitate the consolidation and timely completion of corporate schedules, while also innovating system solutions and process enhancements to meet financial planning and reporting needs.
  • Manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by tracking monthly financial performance indicators such as sales and expense variances and cash conversion cycles.
  • Provide financial assistance to the Global Marketing team, collaborating to establish annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Execute month-end closing activities, including reconciling monthly revenue, preparing journal entries, and summarizing expenses.
  • Analyze daily and weekly sales reports and projections, maintaining a finance scorecard for deliverables from other finance organizations.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and lead cross-business analytic projects for senior management, utilizing financial modeling and data analysis.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of finance experience, with a proven track record in accounting or finance roles of increasing responsibility. Strong proficiency in Excel is essential, along with demonstrated initiative, analytical and critical-thinking skills. A methodical approach to problem-solving and the ability to provide data-driven insights for decision-making are crucial.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
