Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets
  • Lead new staff onboarding and initial training programs
  • Conduct interviews for potential new hires and support store operations manager with ordering and inventory control
  • Hold staff accountable to company standards and promote upselling and customer service excellence
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
  • Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
  • Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience and ability to utilize MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States
