Key Responsibilities:
- Providing nursing care to residents, including vital sign monitoring and reporting
- Observing resident conditions and reporting concerns to the nursing team
- Supporting residents with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene and mobility
- Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, maintaining a hygienic environment
- Communicating with medical staff, residents, and family members
Requirements:
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology
- Effective organization skills and ability to communicate with medical professionals and residents
