About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Provider to join our team at Allina Health. As a mental health provider, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to patients, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate with patient care teams to monitor patient functioning and inform treatment planning.
  • Engage patients' social supports to improve functioning and coordinate treatment with other providers and community agencies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or a related field.
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification in the state of Minnesota.
  • At least 2 years of experience in patient treatment in a clinical setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Formal training in a suicide prevention modality.
