- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance department operations and patient satisfaction
- Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants and students to ensure high-quality patient care
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
