Job Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and using excellent communication skills to obtain complete and accurate information for patient demographics.
  • Verifying insurance benefits/eligibility and obtaining authorization if necessary.
  • Ensuring the intake process is completed accurately to contribute to clean claim submissions.
  • Assisting walk-in customers and speaking with customers both over the phone and in person.
  • Receiving orders for delivery, pick-up, discontinuance, maintenance, or changes in service.
