About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team at Don Ringler Automotive. As a key member of our collision center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Refinish: Diagnose and repair full-frame vehicles and uni-body structural damage, repair and replace body panels, and replace damaged wiring harnesses or reinstall harnesses after body repair.
  • Interior and Exterior Work: Remove and reinstall interiors, and perform other related tasks to ensure a like-new vehicle.
  • Measuring and Diagnostics: Possess an operating knowledge of measuring systems and diagnose vehicle damage accurately.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Attend weekly department meetings, maintain a clean work area, and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Operator Driver's License (must be insurable).
