School Bus Monitor Role
The School Bus Monitor plays a critical role in maintaining discipline and safety on our school buses. This individual will work closely with bus drivers, parents, and other staff members to ensure that students receive a high-quality education and transportation experience. Key responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, reporting incidents, and participating in safety drills. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe bus environment, ensuring that students follow all bus rules, and teaching them how to maintain safety while on the bus.

Benefits and Qualifications
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $15.00 based on industry standards and the location of our schools. To be considered for this position, you should have prior experience working in early childhood educational settings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to follow oral and written instructions. You must also be able to demonstrate problem-solving and reasoning skills.
