About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal R&D Scientist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and projects to drive the organic growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research and development strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and projects
  • Collaborate with senior R&D staff and management to identify and prioritize research and development opportunities
  • Prepare and present project plans, progress reports, and results to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety policies, environmental policies, and facility requirements
Requirements
  • Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Material Science, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in R&D, product development, and materials science
  • Proven track record of developing and commercializing new products and projects
  • Strong technical skills in materials analysis, testing, and evaluation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
