About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Division Manager to join our commercial construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the pre-engineered building division and leading the team to ensure efficient operations and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in selling and pricing, and leading the execution of division goals.
  • Acting as Project Manager to support concurrent and conception of supporting projects.
  • Managing and reporting on the division budget, forecasting, reporting, and sales pipeline.
  • Planning, staffing, and supervising the division.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and design teams to facilitate projects and provide opportunities for future growth.
  • Developing project scopes of work, budgets, and schedules, that reflect the pre-engineered building materials and pricing from vendors.
  • Managing and monitoring the financial aspects of contracts and workload/manpower needs to protect the company and division's interests.

Qualifications:


A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in a senior project manager role and/or engineering director role.

Proven track record of successful project completion.

Demonstrated success in leading teams in a technical environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
