Bank Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled Bank Teller to join our team at Heritage Bank. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling routine financial transactions, and actively supporting branch sales efforts.

• Provide exceptional customer service to meet the financial needs of our customers
• Handle routine financial transactions, including cash handling and deposits
• Support branch sales efforts by identifying customer needs and suggesting solutions
• Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and customer service goals

• 6 months customer service experience (Level I)
• 1 year recent customer service experience in a financial services industry (Level II)
• Minimum of six months cash handling and customer service experience required
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service
• Demonstrated math skills with an understanding of debit and credit relationships and negotiable instruments

Our branch is a climate-controlled office environment, and you will be required to work a flexible and/or rotating schedule. You may be exposed to potential risk and hazards associated with criminal activity, but you will receive detailed instruction to minimize risk.
