Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including vital sign collection and reporting.
- Perform technical duties and selected treatments, procedures, and activities that contribute to safe and efficient patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to address patient and family needs, taking into account cultural and individual diversity.
- Effectively communicate and interact with patients, families, and staff, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or other educational equivalent preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) training required prior to employment or within one month of hire.
- Successful completion of orientation and evidence of positive initiatives with patients and staff.
