Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Ohio's Hospice. In this role, you will be responsible for generating referrals and admissions within the assigned territory using a four-cornerstone approach to business development.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or business development, with a proven track record of success in direct sales and marketing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement territory sales plans to meet annual referral and admission goals
- Monitor changing referral patterns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Document all sales-related activity within the CRM daily
- Promote Ohio's Hospice through educational opportunities and community events
- Assist in other activities and departments as needed
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, matching retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.
