Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT to join our team at LanceSoft INC, a leading provider of staffing solutions in the healthcare industry.

As a Respiratory Therapist RRT with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work on a permanent basis, providing critical care services to patients in Wilmington, OH. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Resuscitation Equipment: Proficiently operate resuscitation equipment to provide life-saving interventions to patients in respiratory distress.
  • Provide Continuous Ventilation Support: Deliver continuous ventilation support to patients using advanced respiratory care equipment.
  • Deliver In-Service Programs: Develop and deliver in-service programs for respiratory and patient care staff to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Graduate of an NBRC-approved respiratory therapy program and licensed Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) by the Ohio Respiratory Care Board.
  • Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to first shift.
