  • Encourage older adults to engage in creative and personal expressions through music, art, games, and group activities.
  • Collaborate with inter-departmental teams to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for our residents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, family members, visitors, staff, and volunteers.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of activity programs that promote physical, mental, and psycho-social well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in activity programming and elder care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid PA Driver's License preferred.
  • Experience working with older adults preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability, creativity, self-awareness, and a genuine interest in working with older adults.

Compensation:

Hourly wage: $17.35-$18.70/hour, with an additional $1.25/hour for weekend work.
