Position Overview

SUMMARY

The Facility Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the facility. The role emphasizes building maintenance and proactive measures to foster an orderly work environment. This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conducts general cleaning duties, including mopping, vacuuming, waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and other essential cleaning tasks.
  2. Performs basic maintenance duties and general facility upkeep.
  3. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness in areas such as production machine shops, engineering offices, testing laboratories, and composite manufacturing floors.

Qualifications

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens.

Required Education: High School Diploma.

Reliable transportation is essential.

Physical demands of this role include occasional heavy lifting and the ability to stand for extended periods.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
