Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Guest Services Representative to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and resolve unique problems, using available resources to provide 100% satisfaction guaranteed resolutions.
  • Use suggestive selling techniques to promote hotel services and upsell rooms according to hotel standard procedures.
  • Follow guidelines for guest service, including check-in, reservations, check-out, special requests, and pre-registration.
  • Document and pass shift notes through proper communication channels.
  • Respond promptly to guests' inquiries or complaints in a friendly manner, offering alternate solutions if guest demand cannot be met.
  • Demonstrate commitment to servicing the guest by being hospitable and accommodating.
  • Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred OR 6 months of related experience/training.
  • One year of hospitality experience preferred.
  • Experience handling cash and credit card procedures.
  • Basic Math skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
