Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain our network infrastructure, including wired and wireless network architecture, network switches, routers, and SDWAN.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN infrastructure and maintain and upgrade network cabling within the Data Center and building cabinets.
  • Provide end-user support and customer service experience, including experience with Windows 10 and 11 deployment and troubleshooting, printers, scanners, label printers, and Office 365, SharePoint.
  • Manage requests and incidents within a service desk tool.
  • Administer and maintain our server infrastructure, including operating system Windows Server, administering sharing and folder privileges, racking, cabling, and commissioning servers, backup and storage, and server monitoring and optimization.
  • Have general familiarity of firewall technology, configuration, rules, and experience working in DMZ and Process Control Networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with network administration, end-user device support, and server administration.
