EHS Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to join our team at Austin Allen Company in Arkansas. As an EHS professional, you will play a key role in developing and implementing a world-class EH&S culture, ensuring environmental compliance, and eliminating workplace injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and report workplace hazards, investigate incidents, and develop a comprehensive safety program
  • Assist the EH&S Manager in leading EH&S programs and ensuring compliance with OSHA, Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations and policies
  • Manage incident recording and record keeping, and facilitate training throughout the facility
