Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Prime Communications. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Sales Consultants and Assistant Store Managers to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure operational compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, store appearance, and customer service standards.
  • Partner with District Manager to review headcount forecast plans and staffing needs.
  • Implement and manage programs and processes to drive sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure timely completion of required training and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of sales management experience.
  • 3+ years full-time retail work experience.
  • Excellent sales and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
