Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team at the Rams Head restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and taste.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations* Supervise and mentor junior chefs, providing guidance and support to ensure their success* Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with our culinary team to create innovative dishes that showcase our seasonal ingredients* Collaborate with our service staff to ensure seamless execution of orders and exceptional customer service* Monitor inventory levels and manage food costs to achieve budget targets* Participate in regular menu tastings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest culinary trends

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a high-volume restaurant* Culinary degree or equivalent experience required* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team* Excellent knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control* Valid OLCC and Oregon Food Handlers permit required* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure

Salary Information
The salary for this position is $24-$26 per hour, commensurate with experience.
