  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient progress.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Assist with rehabilitation programming and activities to promote patient independence and well-being.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
  • Current and unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
  • At least one year of experience in the last three years.
  • Background screening as required by state or client contract.
  • Drug screening as required by the contract.
