Clinical Role Overview
At FCC Behavioral Health, we are seeking a skilled Diagnostician to join our clinical team.
Job Purpose
The Diagnostician is responsible for providing a comprehensive assessment of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities
\t* Conduct face-to-face diagnostic interviews with individuals and complete all required admission screenings
\t* Review assessment information and documentation of individuals served
\t* Complete an Eligibility Determination for each individual within 24 hours of admission
\t* Develop recovery care plans with SMART goals, objectives, and interventions
\t* Work with the clinical team to assign individuals to appropriate treatment services
\t* Maintain and improve professional competencies through training activities and educational means
\t* Participate in clinical staffing and provide written notes regarding individual cooperation and participation
\t* Adhere to evidence-based practice models and agency standards
Requirements
\t* Fully licensed clinical social worker or fully licensed professional counselor in the State of Missouri
\t* At least one year of experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders
