About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Best Buy. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and recommending technology solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Recommend products and solutions that meet customers' needs and preferences
  • Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Apply knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
  • Ensure the store is clean and well-stocked
Requirements
  • 3 months of experience working in retail or a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
