- Continuous Improvement: Build a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on achieving World Class Performance levels in every aspect of the business.
- Customer Satisfaction: Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations and the highest levels of quality.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Postgraduate education, including an MBA, is a plus. A minimum of 7 years of pertinent industry experience is required, with proficiency demonstrated in operations, finance, budgeting, project management, continuous improvement, quality, and safety.
The selected candidate will be a results-driven individual with strong relationship-building skills, solid judgment, critical thinking skills, a sense of teamwork and community, the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, and highly organized. Superior people skills with a history of developing talent for progression within the organization are essential.
This role can be located in various locations in the U.S.
