The Line Filler at HuHot is responsible for ensuring that our food lines are always stocked with fresh products, clean and organized, and adhering to food line standards. This role requires excellent Guest interaction skills and knowledge of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to follow prep recipes and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Able to handle food products amidst an active, Guest-filled food line while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Organized and efficient in stocking food lines and sauce bar, ensuring proper rotation and labeling
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure Guest safety and satisfaction
- Answers Guest questions and assists in guiding our Guests through the line, providing exceptional service
- Meet special Guest requests while ensuring same high quality standards and maintaining a positive attitude
- Keeps walk-in cooler organized and clean, maintaining a safe and efficient environment
Personal Requirements:
- Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Must be comfortable interacting with our Guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively within a team, maintaining a positive and supportive attitude
- Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time, with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as needed, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
