Territory Business Development Manager

Mannington Mills, Inc. is seeking a Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Salem, New Jersey. The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $160,000 per year.
Job DescriptionThe Territory Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the territory. This includes driving collaboration between internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the flooring industry and be able to identify and qualify business opportunities. They will also be responsible for presenting Mannington Commercial products and solutions to customers and managing the sales cycle of commercial business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Identify and qualify business opportunities
- Present Mannington Commercial products and solutions to customers
- Manage the sales cycle of commercial business
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of sales-related experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM - Dynamics
- Industry experience strongly preferred
