Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining systems and equipment, supervising staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and production projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide maintenance support for facilities and production projects
  • Supervise and assign the work of maintenance support employees and inspect work for completeness
  • Inspect facility, note maintenance problems, and initiate solutions
  • Advise on machine purchases, manage building or renovation projects, design electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, or edit computer parameters for PCDNC communication
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and in-house staff on projects and Master Services Agreements (MSA)
Requirements
  • High School or Equivalent (Required)
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in production equipment maintenance (Required)
  • Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing (Preferred)
  • Management/leadership experience (Preferred)
  • Experience with Orchid's Manufacturing Process (Preferred)
