The Maintenance Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Maintenance Director with various operational needs. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in a similar role. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and effective prioritization are essential. Experience in working with seniors and familiarity with state and local inspection agencies is preferred.

  • Conducts interior maintenance tasks in accordance with company standards.
  • Performs exterior maintenance duties for the community.
  • Assists in organizing community events.
  • Supports all aspects of maintenance related to resident apartments and common areas.
