  • Member and Guest Relations: Greet members and guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our club.
  • Membership Management: Scan membership IDs, update member accounts, and respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Answer phones professionally, respond to member emails, and communicate effectively with other departments as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Support: Assist other departments with related tasks and projects as needed, demonstrating a team-oriented and collaborative approach.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service or a related field.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to perform all essential physical aspects of the position, including standing for long periods, sitting, walking, squatting, stooping, reaching, and bending above and below shoulder height, as well as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs.
