Role Responsibilities

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing collaborative relationships with care personnel to guarantee equitable staffing distributions.
  • Ensuring all care shifts are adequately filled.
  • Assisting with or administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals to residents when necessary.
Candidate Qualifications
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or relevant caregiving experience.
  • Certification in First Aid and CPR.
  • Completion of medication administration training.
  • A minimum of six months in a similar role.
  • Adherence to all licensing regulations.
