  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve bar operations and customer service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a bar or restaurant management role.
