Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Comeketo Brazilian Steakhouse. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and exceptional guest satisfaction.

• Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent performance.
• Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to maintain consistency and quality.
• Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high standards.

• Proven experience in a senior kitchen role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
• Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of Brazilian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
