The Addison of Erie Station is seeking a Resident Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents by maintaining a clean and secure environment.

About the Job

This is a full-time position, requiring a 12-hour overnight shift. The salary range for this role is $17-$19 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking for a stable and rewarding career.

Responsibilities
  1. Clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and amenities.
  2. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins, ensuring they are clean and ready for occupancy.
  3. Respond to resident emergencies and provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  4. Carry a cordless phone and stay connected with residents and colleagues.
  5. Maintain the security of the building, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
Requirements
  • No prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive training to help you succeed.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • You should be able to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • You have the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing situations.
  • You can maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
  • Proper transportation is required to drive around the Villas.
