  • Manage the recruitment process and applicant tracking system from requisition approval to candidate onboarding.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings. Utilize various databases and LinkedIn with Boolean search techniques to source candidates effectively.
  • Design and implement innovative advertising and outreach strategies to engage your target candidate demographic.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenges in filling difficult positions through cold calling and brainstorming.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners, ensuring organized and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting within a manufacturing or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
