We understand that compensation is a key factor, which is why we offer competitive hourly rates in every market we serve.

Compensation: $20.00 / Hour
Schedule: Flexible shift availability required for Morning, Afternoon, and Overnight shifts.

Job Responsibilities:
The Emergency Response Officer role necessitates a flexible schedule, providing coverage in response to staff absences, including vacations and unexpected call-offs.
  • Emergency Response Officers will receive training across various roles and locations.
  • Availability for 6 out of 7 days is essential.
  • Must be open to working 2 out of 3 shifts (Mornings, Evenings, and Nights).
  • Overtime may be required and will be mandatory at times.
  • Ability to accept last-minute assignments due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Comfortable with various technologies and willing to learn proprietary systems.
  • Must be able to understand and retain post expectations for each assignment.
  • Capable of producing accurate activity and incident reports as necessary.
  • Ability to observe, assess, report, and respond to critical situations on-site.
  • Multi-tasking is essential, as some locations may be busier than others.
  • Must meet all physical demands of each site, which may include extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
Qualifications:

Requirements include, but are not limited to:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment screening process.
  • Previous experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous.
